Simplify accessing Scylla configuration in Argus

With the amount of configuration we have, and especially tablets vs vnodes, I would like to verify that the specific test I ran had the configuration I desired. The way how I can do it currently is to download logs and look into scylla.yaml (there might be easier options), which is cumbersome.

I think it would make sense to provide access to configuration in an easier way, without having to download anything, e.g. directly in some tab.
