Create a custom user model and end dependency on django-authtools which is not compatible with Django 3.

I think recent updates in django-authtools lets us use it with django 4... r8? @JeS24 @feynhat please can one of u confirm?

@PeithonKing You will have to try it out with a minimal working example (MWE) from their documentation. I haven't used authtools.
