A helpful feature for the archive might be searching for the courses or selecting what courses you want to view (which gets saved in the login account) when you open the archive.

Another suggestion is to standardize the naming protocol for files. Any files uploaded can follow a standard naming template which has in order:

COURSE CODE
EVEN/ODD SEM
YEAR
TYPE OF UPLOAD: QUIZ/ASSIGNMENT/MIDSEM/ENDSEM
