Sauerbraten and urbanterror I know for sure have nonfree content. However their may be others I will go through and check all packages in the repo tommorow.

You know this probably much better than me, but maybe some rationale for the one game or the other would also be interesting like "asset a,b,c are free" and "asset d and e are nonfree"

BetterSpades / Sauerbraten / UrbanTerror

Betterspades has non free assets for sound from yvt. However they are looking into libre replacements. Sauerbraten has many non free art assets. Urbanterror qauke 3 sdk problems mainly from what I can see

AssaultCube

Assaultcube also has some copyrighted assets. And the agreement breaks the first freedom defined by the osi which is free redistribution also changes require explicit permission.

Open Tyrian

Open Tyrian itself is open source however tryian is not which is needed to play.
