Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to have way to back up and import an account's adventures as a file. Could be two simple buttons in the settings.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively I could backup the whole container, but for breaking changes in the infrastructure this would only allow me to go back to older versions, not move on to newer and just import my stuff.
