file mismatch

I note that there is no getbclist.py script. And I want to know if the script clang-wrapper.sh can make sure all files in Kernel will correctly generate the corresponding ".bc" files? Because version 4. of the Kernel is difficult in compiling by clang or makes errors when compiling.
