Settings when running/rerunning analysis #22

Settings relating to training jars should be placed within an advanced section in the dialog.

Plugin configuration file should be automatically selected when rerunning the analysis after changes have been made.

Add option to run analysis to the "Analyze" menu

oshando added the enhancement label
