Improvements to the Discord bot

• be able to select if the command response will be sent in private, or on the channel

• store a library with security articles, conferences, videos, etc, and send a random one them to people, when requested

• be able to send upcoming security contests, automatically, some time before start/ registration end

• watch if the servers/ challenges are online, and report on a specific Discord channel

• take sticker/ animated emoji requests

• read SSS participants from a file, and automatically assign them roles, when they change their name to the required form

• accept “dedicatii de manele” for the staff

• add “/” functionality, to automatically display the available commands

• “una de jale”
