Does braid still maintain the 0 runtime feature of vanilla extract?

I'm currently looking to build a design system to streamline our teams work and I think the props based styling with utility components is a great way to build, but we do have a requirement that we keep things 0 runtime.

Hey Taylor, yes Vanilla Extract is still maintained. It has moved off the SEEK open source org as it has maintainers both in and outside or SEEK now.
