Link to the "Token" page of explorers (like etherscan or gnosisscan), not the "address" page.
For example, don't link to https://gnosisscan.io/address/0x672d49fb06e06a6727c831414ea87fe3c967aacb but link to https://gnosisscan.io/token/0x672d49fb06e06a6727c831414ea87fe3c967aacb
