Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We need to be able to add translations for subcategories. For now, there are only two languages and they are Sinhala and Tamil.

Describe the solution you'd like

Create the add a translation feature for the subcategories

Additional context

Since this has been done for Categories use this PR to get a better idea.
