Describe the bug
Currently, the nav elements are not aligned correctly in the mobile view.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'https://dev.sefglobal.org'
See error (Mobile View)

Expected behavior
Fix the alignments in the nav-bar in mobile view
