In listviews, station trend icon should be moved to a subtoolbar instead of overlaying the cover icon

This widget is causing visual clutter and confusion (it never occurred to me that I could actually interact with it, and what it might be), it is hard to tap in that crowded area (especially in listview), and the presence of a setting for it seems unnecessary if you can move it to a more appropriate place.

I would recommend moving it to:

• the station info tab (in fullscreen details view), and
• the favorite station row item's expandable toolbar (the one that shows up when you tap the "V" button).

I don't think it is a critical-enough action to warrant cluttering up the station artwork thumbnail, especially in listview mode. Then, with the suggested changes above, you could remove the redundant setting for it, simplifying your codepaths and UI.
