annoying random notifications from some radio stations

Hi there,

first of all thanks for this great peace of software ;)

I am randomly listening to "Bayern 4 Klassik" which seems to send every 5 seconds annoying informations that show up in the notification area. I assume, this is not the only radiostation doing this. It would be fine to have a simple "string" blacklist filter for stations, that are not allowed to send notifiations.
