To ensure data integrity we need to have some concrete plan for how we will review our uploaded text.

I have planned to keep all of the text on GitHub initially in text format in a separate repository to keep a record instead of uploading it somewhere in the private cloud. GitHub already gives us quite a lot of tools for reviewing written content. We don't need to reinvent the wheel altogether.

Following are some points regarding the review process

  1. Every line of text must be reviewed at least once by the writer and once by the co-writer of the original text
  2. He must upload a clear scanned photo of each page along with the text he is writing
