Raspberry PI 5 aarch64: exec /usr/local/bin/docker-entrypoint.sh: exec format error #12

All images fail to start (hanging on Waiting for Outline server to be healthy ....) with this error:

pi@rpi:~ $ docker logs shadowbox
exec /usr/local/bin/docker-entrypoint.sh: exec format error
exec /usr/local/bin/docker-entrypoint.sh: exec format error
exec /usr/local/bin/docker-entrypoint.sh: exec format error
exec /usr/local/bin/docker-entrypoint.sh: exec format error
exec /usr/local/bin/docker-entrypoint.sh: exec format error`

I thought you supported arm64/aarch64?
