I have tested the demo site using Android Chrome but not work.

I typed '@' and nothing popup

After some investigation, I found this post

and seems there are several workarounds

hope this help

Btw, I have tested angular-mention and seems they can capture the '@' sign in Android Chrome.

after studying how angular-mentions work

I found this function may be work for flxng mention
