设备进程冻结、点位时长 #133

我观察到有些进程冻结的场景下，进程没有死掉，但是中间gap了很长一段时间才继续执行逻辑，也有可能导致记录的应用使用时长过大，请问SDK有没有对这种场景做处理和优化呢？
