Uchiwa shows 0 datacenter instead of 0 datacenters #780

Expected Behavior

For Uchiwa to show '0 datacenters' when there are 0 datacenters.

Current Behavior

Uchiwa shows '0 datacenter' when there are 0 datacenters.

Possible Solution

Check if there are 0 datacenters and add an S as is with more than 1 datacenter.

Context

The wrong translation is shown in the sidebar menu.

Uchiwa version used: 1.2.0
Sensu version used: unknown
Operating System and version: Ubuntu 16.04

I just noticed this is the same with '0 event'.
