After investigation, we found that "manager's" part like isFaceFeatureSupport or hasEnrolledFaces work properly, but service binding are broken on Redmi Tab/AOS14
Investigation required, cause it seems like general mechanism remains, but Service implementation was changed

Redmi Tab/AOS 14 support FaceUnlock and hardware/enrollment detection works as expected, but binding to the miui.service.FaceService fails. Fix applied to prevent false positive detection on such devices
