💥 Add prebuild @serialport/bindings releases for ARM

What feature you'd like to see

Please add prebuild packages for ARM as well. This would allow to use electron-builder to cross-compile an electron app for ARM targets (currently this fails, since the prebuild bindings for arm/electron don't exist.

Motivation

Serialport is very useful for ARM based solutions which interact with serial based RFID readers for example.
