Throws EISDIR error when running deploy #299

Affects v3 pre-release. Throws an error like this when I run serverless deploy:

Error: EISDIR: illegal operation on a directory, unlink '/<dir>/.build/node_modules'

Mentioned in serverless/serverless#10326 (comment) - but this is a separate bug - PR coming shortly.

Already fixed on head in a1098de - no need for a PR. Someone just needs to cut a release.
