Add pagination on instances listing

What would you like to be added?

When we have a lot of workflow definitions or instances (>1000), it takes a considerable amount of time to load the list of instances, then we need to scroll down way to the bottom just see the currently running or latest instances... Would it be ok to reverse the view and show only X of the most recent instances at the top using pagination and prevent downloading all instance's details?

Made the required changes to the RedisDatabase in neuroglia-io/framework#138. I'll now update the solution's packages and it's up to you @JBBianchi!
