[Discovery] Fetch AAS Data via Basyx SDK #13

Summary
As a developer I want to use the Basyx SDK for querying the AAS data.

Details
Replace the fetching the data of the AAS: (AAS Identifier, Submodel, Nameplate, Properties) by using the Basyx SDK instead of the GSON library.

Acceptance criteria

A TechnicalService XML or json is successfully created containing: a) the AAS id, b) the Nameplate properties.
All existing unit tests are green
ExportIT is green
