Examine pros-and cons, which technologies they use on the background. Use them as inspiration for designing a Composable UI interface in Oscm to facilitate the creation of Bootstrap or UI components in general. Document the result of this task for future decisions.

One available tool is Bootply, which is a Bootstrap UI component playground in which you can create components and save your work as code.
