Display different Chinese text

I am a Chinese user.
I build Voyant Server in tomcat,
Display different text when I test server.
However I use VoyantServer.jar file, the text is normal.
Please help me to solve the error, thank you!

Hello! I'm having difficulty reproducing this. Are you running other applications in Tomcat that might be affecting any of the character handling? What happens when you use voyant-tools.org (which is also using Tomcat)?
