Try to understand hidden form add/remove tag

In default template we have a hidden form

Shaarli/tpl/default/page.header.html

Line 149 in e3e2729

{$addDelete=['add', 'delete']}

But i don't understand how I can show or toggle this form and utility this form.

Anyone for explain me ?

It's for add/remove tag in multiple bookmark in one operation.
This feature add in V0.12.2 https://github.com/shaarli/Shaarli/releases/tag/v0.12.2
