Everything is connected, but no sensation

I just spent the last few hours trying to set everything up and thought I did so properly. The OWO app and the VRChat OWO Suit App both connect to each other, and I placed the OWO collider things where they go, making sure theyre high enough from the avatar to be triggered.

Everything looks like its connected yet I cant feel anything. I followed the instructions provided in the post yet I cant seem to get it working. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this issue?
