Shadowsocks Error

I previously used Shadowsocks for proxy and I had no issues with it. However, now having tried to launch it the error pops up: Shadowsocks Error: Не удается найти указанный файл System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception(0x80004005): Не удается найти указанный файл at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithShellExecuteEx(ProcessStartInfostartInfo) at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start() at Shadowsocks.Controller.PrivoxyRunner.Start(Configuration configuration) at Shadowsocks.Controller.Shadowsocks.Controller.Reload()
I've surfed all possible Internet forums and applied various solutions. I downloaded different versions of Shadowsocks, I extracted zip to all possible folders on C disk and D as well, Desktop, Program Files. Nothing Worked. But when I extracted zip to D disk a different pop-up error occurred:
Shadowsocks non-UI Error Unexpected error, shadowsocks will exit. Please report to https://github.com/shadowsocks/ System.IO.FileNotFoundException:Failed to load NLog LoggingConfiguration. Searched the following locations: -D:NLog.config Filename:'Nlog.config' at NLog.LogFactory.LoadConfiguration(String configFile, Boolean optional) at NLog.LogManager.LoadConfiguration(String configFile) at Shadowsocks.Controller.ShadowsocksController.Reload() at Shadowsocks.Controller.ShadowsocksController.Start(Boolean systemWakeUp) at Shadowsocks.Program.Main(String[] args)
But I got NLog in the same folder

I even changed region in setting in accordance with my location. It didn't work out
I reviewed multiple times all data I put. But everything seems alright. I don't get what can be the issue. Please help me!
