Shadowsocks-qt5 interface immediately says it's connected while no connection is actually being made.
After 'connecting', all networking is still going through my own IP, instead of my Shadowsocks instance. The 'TCP server listening at...' is the last log message in the console after 'connecting'.
Using Fedora 30 as client OS. Local server type is SOCKS5 and encryption method CHACHA20-IETF-POLY1305
