Hi,
Im absolutely in love with the theme however the little red arrows that appear are overlapping my file names and its really distracting and I'm not sure how to resolve it?

Try the blue topaz theme with style plugin. There is a sub-theme which is an updated version of this theme. I might update my themes in here as well, once I learn enough CSS and graphic design.
