Esentially when we try and deploy into aws. Pulumi does not wait for the cluster to finish creating before it tries and deploy the Namespace, metric-server, etc ...

AC:

Can deploy cluster launcher to fresh AWS account without requiring rerun after initial failure to connect to cluster.

I couldn't reproduce this, fresh cluster setup works on AWS so not sure if this is still relevant
