Implement Solana websocket for incoming Txs

• Can we use the standard Solana spec ws https://solana.com/docs/rpc/websocket, exposed by Helius?
• Helius also expose some seemingly faster and more enriched ws https://docs.helius.dev/webhooks-and-websockets/enhanced-websockets#helius-geyser-enhanced-websockets-beta which we should use in priority, since they cost less credits than the native spec ws
