Foundation's AWS account is hopefully going away soon. One of the last pieces of that is migrating the market data proxy out of the AWS account.

AC

  1. stand up market data proxy in taxi stake account
  2. migrate web to point at the new endpoint once in place (or maybe we could just cut over DNS?)
  3. confirm with @0xean so we can tear down the foundation's version of it
