we should also integrate this into the swapper but there may be some additional edge cases to handle

how do we want to handle tokens that are not yet deployed on arb? we should make not bridge them even though you theoretically can....
No fees on the bridge....
How do we handle the delay on bridging back? maybe this isn't actually a swapper? It requires 7 days + a claim tx on mainnet
