Overview

In order to calculate rFOX dashboard amounts, we need an efficient way to fetch the affiliate RUNE revenue for a given time range i.e epoch both current and historical.

This is a more scalable solve to the short-term unblocker detailed in #7117

See #7115 - required for various values on the dashboard:

• Pending reward balance - requires RUNE revenue for current epoch
• Lifetime rewards - requires per-epoch RUNE revenue for all previous epochs
• Emissions pool - requires RUNE revenue for current epoch

Acceptance Criteria

Ability to fetch the affiliate revenue in RUNE for a timestamp or block range
