wheel screen back error #122

When in the wheel screen and navigating back from an incomplete survey we have range errors happening on each Active Card in the list

RangeError (index): Invalid value: Valid value range is empty: 0
The relevant error-causing widget was
ActiveCard
lib/…/wheel/incomplete_list.dart:98

pointing to the snapshot.data[index]

  return ActiveCard(
      _survey,
      snapshot.data[index],
      widget.currentWheelPosition,
      _completeItem,
      _showDeleteDialog);
},
