[Feature Request] Local Mode

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's is not clear for which data are going on the internet and which are only locally. Probably it is possible to remove all the internet links and everything should be local. But I'm not sure if then not just some default internet resources get used.

Describe the solution you'd like
A settings which ensures that nothing is using the internet. Local preview only no tool is used from the WEB.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Proper documentation how to avoid online resource completely.
