Backport cloth-config mod ID

I maintain a multiversion mod and still depend on the old cloth-config2 ID, since the new one never got backported to 1.17 and below. It would be nice if at least v4 and v5 could get updated (potentially even v2 and v3, but that's probably too much to ask for), so users don't get confused (see #169).
