run FCN.py , path wrong

run this program on window10 and tensorflow1.3.1, of course , i have changed the path ,like '','/','\', i have confused, the result is wrong, the tips just like below:

OSError: [Errno 22] Invalid argument: `'Data_zoo/MIT_SceneParsing/http://data.csail.mit.edu/places/ADEchallenge/ADEChallengeData2016.zip```

it's really confusing. it work well on windows10 ,but geted the same path wrong on ubuntu.
