Why is build DockerHub image not updated in a year? #99

The build image has not been updated in a year whereas the latest was updated a few days ago. Why is this? @shenxn can you please update the build image?

I made a PR to update that image when the parent repo changes #97. @shenxn could you either use that PR or build the image more frequently? Thanks :)
