Can I use this for multi ObsId data? I am analysing ACIS-I data with 12 ObsId.

Version 0.1 does support multi-obi data. The idea is that version 0.2 should be usable with multi-obi data, but I haven't tested it, so some things may not work. I will look into it this week, but please add to this issue any problems you do have.

So, my initial tests (mainly that I can load data and then fit it) with multiple obsids seems to work. The example at https://deproject.readthedocs.io/en/latest/examples/3c186.html has not been updated to use the latest version of the API, but all you have to do to "fix" it is to ensure that the radii argument to Deproject has units (as shown in https://deproject.readthedocs.io/en/latest/examples/m87.html#set-up)

The display of dep.plot_fit does seem to show all the data but it will get very crowded, very quickly (particularly with 12 obsids).
