The Exception
Orchestrator function 'IssueCertificate' failed: The activity function 'Dns01Authorization' failed: "Exception of type 'System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException' was thrown.".

By deploying version 3.5.7 to functions with same configuration the add-certificate works.
