Bootstrap is a moden css framework so why would you build the theme to inherent from prosilver's horribly un semantic mess of a coding structure. this is wrong. Remove the inheritance and build it from scratch.

@hanakin Actually, I have made quite a few changes to the inherited proSilver's HTML markup for this theme. And I don't suppose it's WRONG to adapt the coding structure.
I would love to completely rewrite the code from scratch someday, but I don't have the time to do it right now.
