Pedalpalooza 2020 has a special calendar format; instead of individual rides, we showed daily themes which linked to posts on pedalpalooza.org. Example: https://www.pedalpalooza.org/post/food-by-bike-day-june-1st-2020
With the changeover to Bike Summer, those URLs now redirect and return an error, e.g. https://www.bike-summer.org/post/food-by-bike-day-june-1st-2020
We should get a copy of that content and create local pages to preserve it as it was that year. We should be able to get that either directly from PP organizers or from the Wayback Machine, e.g. https://web.archive.org/web/20201213031723/https://www.pedalpalooza.org/post/food-by-bike-day-june-1st-2020.
