Add API version and Accept headers to front end requests to ICS endpoint

The frontend currently hits the ics endpoint via a regular anchor link. Need to change it to a button so we can make a request with custom headers (which is probably more appropriate, anyway):

• Api-Version: 3 (current major version)
• Accept: text/calendar
