New feature proposal: Support for LLVM language

Hi there, I'm a user of the library, and am working on my blog with some llvm in it. I was wondering if there are any plans to support the recognition and syntax highlighting of the LLVM language? I'm not sure how to contribute an implementation for this but I'll try my best with guidances.
