After side B answers the call it takes about 3s before side A receives any sound (voice) from side B.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Register 2 clients (A and B).
2. Make a call from A to B.
3. After B answers the call it takes about 3s before A receives any sound 
(voice) from B.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We would expect faster call connection. When B answers the call and says 
“Hello” side A never hears the greeting “Hello” and therefore A does 
not notice that B has answered the call.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tested with iDoubs r277, doubango r1263 on iPhone 5 & iPhone 6, both with iOS 8.
The same scenario happens also with the latest IMSDroid.

Please provide any additional information below.
