Is your feature request related to a problem or use-case? Please describe.

use case

The goal is to speed-up the e2e runs on CI.

Describe the solution that you would like.

Can we improve on source code type for e2e samples, so that compilation times take less? from @HeavyWombat .

Describe alternatives you have considered.

We seem to have low resources (cpu/memory) defined at the strategies, this might contribute to slow builds (from @SaschaSchwarze0 ).
