Tekton's proposal to move to the CNCF - should we do the same?

Meeting minutes:

  • We discussed on the move to CNCF, what Tekton is doing and what it would mean for us to be in CNCF. Based on internal discussions and what Tekton decided, our next step is to communicate our intention via the mailing list, in order to see any strong voices against that.
  • For v0.12.0 release:
    • Shipping date to be 20th October, the latest.
